We kicked up the seasoning and smoky and spicy peppers in this one to make an updated version of the Southern classic. Just blitz a block of your favorite cheddar cheese in the food processor, add mayonnaise and the packet of mix. It only takes a few minutes but is much better if you make it a day early and let it rest in the refrigerator.
