PROFESSIONAL FILLET TABLE Our Fillet Tables are made from the highest quality materials and designed to last.  The deck and backsplash are made from 1/2" King Starboard, and measure 53" long, 23" deep and a nice working heigh of 37" tall.  The deck has a 1/4" fall to the rear so the blood and water run away from you and drain off the back of the table.  We have also included 4 knife slots for your convenience. (knives not included)  The table is supported by the highest quality anodized aluminum available, with a full underside support frame, and the legs are designed so the table drains into your canal if mounted on a dock or seawall.  The unit ships Fedex Ground directly to your door and the assembly only requires a few minutes by attaching the leg frames to the under-table support, with the included 316 stainless steel hardware.
