Dave Eggers for Manny's Cafe: Leave Us Out of Your Thesis

We are introducing a special collection of original works by Dave Eggers to support Manny's Cafe. Manny’s is a civic social gathering space that combines a cafe, bar, and restaurant with a political bookshop and civic event space. Since opening their doors in 2018 Manny’s has served as a community hub, renting our their space for local non-profits and advocacy groups, worked with a non-profit to hire formerly homelessness and formerly incarcerated folks in their kitchen, and has hosted thousands of an events on civic topics.  This October, Manny’s will be bussing hundreds of volunteer door knockers to get out the vote in Reno as well as write and send 25,000 letters to swing state voters to encourage them to vote.  100% of artist proceeds go directly to Manny's to support their initiatives.    "Leave Us Out of Your Thesis)" 2017, acrylic on board, 20" x 16"
