A FREE manicure prep kit is also included (a $5 value) : Nail file, Nail buffer, Cuticle stick 1 alcohol prep pad (Remove oils from your nails for better adherence), and Two different adhesives: NAIL GLUE for long term wear (1 - 2 weeks), ADHESIVE TAB STICKERS for short term wear (1 - 3 days). Use either adhesive. Some beauties like to use both.
