The Eagle Claw 254N hooks have large ringed eyes, not best for foam poppers. They work for streamers where you might want to crowd the eye or as a Trailer on an Articulated Shank flies. The VMC 6250N 1/0 have a wide ringed eye The Eagle Claw 253N and the Inline Eagle Claw hooks have small straight eyes, so they work well for foam poppers. The big, #1 and 1/0 to 3/0 sizes are priced per 25 hooks, Smaller #1 and all #2 to #4 sizes are priced per 50 hooks.
