EDR Performance CNC Ported cylinder head for the 2009-2012 ZX6R (599cc) and 2013-2024 ZX6R (636) Now you can have the same EDR Performance Superbike cylinder head that many of our clients have benefited from since the ZX636 launched in 2013 as well as the prior gen 599cc (still used in Europe). EDR Performance has built OVER 90 2009-2024 ZX6R engines and of those have been equipped with our full ported cylinder head work. We have used our 30+ years of building engines to get the absolute maximum from the ZX6R cylinder head! The 2013_ ZX636 cylinder head in stock form is TERRIBLY restrictive and there is a TON of gains to be had! Many of our ZX6R 636 clients see over 15 rwhp just with our cylinder head! Even the 2009-2012 ZX6R 599cc head while flows better than the newer 636 still gains over 10rwhp with our head work!
