The Advanced Carbonlite Repair Kit is recommended for repairing significant damage and cracks. While specifically created to repair kayaks made of Carbonlite 2000, this kit is also suitable for repairing many other thermoformed kayaks and ABS-based products like rooftop cargo boxes. This kit is suitable to repair cracks up to 15". The kit includes: 1 Dispensing Gun for 50ml Cartridges 1 Devcon DA291 Plastic Welder 50ml (white colored) 1 Plexus MA300 50ml (straw colored) 4 mixer nozzles 3' of 3"-wide fiberglass cloth tape 1 Rubber Squeegee Spreader 1 each of 4.5" x 5.5" 220, 400, 800, and 1200-grit sandpaper 2 pairs of latex gloves (adhesive will dissolve nitrile gloves) 2 each of Novus #1, #2, and #3 pillow packs 6 alcohol prep pads The adhesive has a 6-month shelf life if stored in a cool place.Ground shipping only on this item.
