You can add pants, skirts, even accessories with these innovative extenders, made from fabric, thread, and a large craft stick. This set of patterns makes it possible to extend the use of a standard 18" doll hanger into one that will hang things from the waist, such as pants or skirts.  You can also stuff shoes or other things into a zippered bag that attaches to the extender.  Directions are also included for making a larger drawstring bag for storing hats or other larger items.
