Made in California, these pure extracts are crafted by Cook's Flavoring Company, a family business with 100+ years experience in the art. Their company is famous for producing much of the world vanilla supply in Madagascar, where the beautiful orchid vines are hand-pollinated by expert farmers according to traditional methods. Please note all extracts including those from nuts are allergy-free! The flavor extraction process specifically does not include any of the chemicals that produce allergic reactions.
