Ravenswood Sandwich Bread

One summer I worked on creating a special sandwich bread in honor of our special school, Ravenswood Elementary. This sourdough loaf is made with a blend of white whole wheat and white flour for a soft and delicious bread that makes terrific sandwiches (great for the lunchbox!) and morning toast before dashing off to the playground before school.  Eat Like a Mother is a sponsor of Ravenswood School, and as part of our commitment to this amazing place, we are donating $1 per loaf of Ravenswood Sandwich Bread to the Friends of Ravenswood School (FORS)!  Ingredients: White whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, rye flour, whole milk, unsalted butter, brown sugar, water, sea salt.    The State of Illinois requires that I tell you: This product was produced in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens.
