Malachite on matrix. Unusual malachite crystal formation - this one is acicular, rather than the more common botryoidal clusters or mammilary aggregates. Single crystals and clusters of individual crystals are a bit uncommon. This one has a vein of crystals grown within the matrix- in a lovely shade of bright green.
