Dynaplug® x BTCHN' Covert Highhh Riser Handlebar

In the spirit of Chico innovation, The Meerkat and BTCHN’ came up with a way to combine the best handle bar and tire plugging device in one package. Fabricated from 4130 Chromoly Steel, they are as strong as they are good looking; bent in house, and beautifully finished in either satin black powder coat or Cerakote Armor Black.  Dynaplug enters the mix with a special version of their Covert bar end tool. This iteration is pre-installed and fully integrated into the bar for easy, on-bike access that accelerates the tire plugging process. The Covert threads/integrates directly with the High Riser bar, reducing weight and removing compression or tools usually needed for handlebar-storage tool installation.  This easy-thread-in design is facilitated by a Dynaplug-machined insert, made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, welded permanently into the ends of the handlebar.
