Use HBP instead of ProLine™ Prime Coat to start your project when the vehicle has excessive chipping, deep scratches, damaged or missing clear coat, pitting, sun damage or other substantial surface defects. HBP is a robust coating that fights off fisheyes over damaged OEM surfaces more effectively than ProLine™ Prime Coat. Not for sale in the state of California.
