Charlie's Choice Dip Mix

When you start with a blend of almonds, onion, celery, red peppers, and spices you will end with terrific tuna, chicken salad, or spread. Charlie's Choice is great made with cream cheese. Make a cheese ball and cover with more silvered almonds. Serve with crackers. Cream Cheese  (regular or light), softened  1 Can (6oz) water-packed Albacore Tuna Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate three hours or longer. Serve on bagels, crackers, sourdough, etc. Options: Shape into a ball, roll in parsley or nuts. Sandwich Spread Mix 3 Tbs. CHARLIE’S CHOICE with ¾ Cup mayonnaise and 1 Can Tuna. Proceed as above. Pile on your favorite bread or stuff a fresh tomato.
