Colombo floor lamp by Joe Colombo for Oluce. This lamp gets its name from the designer who was one of Italy's most iconic designers. The design of this lamp embraces a minimalistic look and was the first household lamp to use halogen bulbs. The diffuser can be adjusted and gives both direct and indirect light. There is a dimmer switch that controls the illumination. It is useful for making as a direct reading lamp or as a background light. The base and reflector are made from lacquered steel and the stem is chromium-plated.
