Custom Project - Down Payment

IF YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED Duck Wizard Wands, THEN DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PAYMENT HERE!  This payment is meant as an agreement between Duck Wizard Wands and the purchaser in the creation of a custom wand. By the purchaser's accepted payment, Duck Wizard Wands agrees to create a wand, the design of which was settled upon before any payment is made.  This down payment will be deducted from the final price agreed upon between Duck Wizard Wands, and the purchaser. Upon completion of the custom wand, the purchaser will be notified and a custom listing will be created for the purchaser to complete payment for the wand. Only after the total agreed upon price is paid will the wand be shipped to the purchaser.  By making this payment, the purchaser agrees to the following: The purchaser will complete payment of the wand within three (3) months or ninety (90) days of being notified that the custom listing was created.  If the purchaser fails to pay within this period of time, this down payment will
