Harmonizing Day Retreat *May 11, 2024*

It just so happens its Mother’s Day weekend. The gift of self care is the foundation for a happy well balanced life. This is a collective day retreat with 4 uniquly gifted women - we are coming together to create a beautiful day that flows. Our intention is to create harmony in our soul, body & spirit. This is a safe space, to authentically show up & learn to harness our energy to ground & transform. Many of the modalities listed for this retreat are unique and you may have never heard of them. Don't worry- we will walk you through it all and for many people attending these holistic practices will be new to them as well.  Our flow is to start by moving our body with Tao Tantric Qigong led by Feather. Once we feel grounded in our body- we will be led in a beautiful sound bath by Chris - Fluid girl. We will then nourish our body with fresh fruit & healthy lunch in a zen garden. Jaime will bring her beautiful crystals from her company DreamGemz, and will led in a circle
