Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8 oz glass of water, juice or other liquid. Warnings Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age. Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If sudden change in bowel habits persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition.
