The Race twin disc kit features sintered iron discs for maximum holding capacity and quick shifting. ACT Race twin disc kits meet SFI Specification 1.2 and are legal in all racing organizations that require SFI certification. ACT twin disc kits offer twice the number of disc surfaces for better wear, heat capacity and long life compared to single disc kits. These kits use a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, which results in quiet operation with no floater rattle and no posts to wear. With an ACT twin disc, there also is the ability to adjust for compensation of disc wear and provides equal disengagement for discs.
