Aromatic: Sweet, herbaceous, slightly fruity Collection Method: Steam Distillation Plant Part: Flower Ingredients: 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade German Chamomile Essential Oil (Matricaria recutita). Directions: Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area.
