Custom Coffin Shadow Box

Dimensions: 36" High x 16" Wide x 3-1/2" Tall x 2" Internal Depth (NOTE: all dimensions are approximations, final dimensions will be determined by the final thickness of materials after milling). See picture for visual representation.  Material: American White Ash and Clear Acrylic Labor: Mill raw material; rip and cut to width and length; miter all edges; 1st assembly--glue join all boards together; glue up bottom panel then template cut bottom to size; 2nd assembly--attach bottom to frame from 1st assembly; 3rd assembly--cut and assemble top frame for clear acrylic; Laser cut clear acrylic for top lid; (TBD by customer) 4th assembly--install laser cut clear acrylic sheet into top frame; Sanding: sand all wood components to 220 grit; pack and ship. Stain & Finish: Customer will stain and finish piece themselves. No stain or finish will be applied. Customer will decide if clear acrylic will be applied prior to staining.  Hardware: Customer stated they will supply all hardware to at
