Important Order Guidelines No Split Orders: We don't allow orders to be split between multiple files. Verify Your Image: Use the upload tool to make sure your image looks right. What you see on the screen is what you'll get. Artwork Fees: If you need artwork changes or background removal, you must pay for it. No JPEGs: We don't print JPEG files. If you send a JPEG, your order will be canceled and you'll get a 50% refund. Sizing Your Artwork: We no longer resize artwork. Make sure your artwork is the correct size and in PNG format. If sizing is provided in comments then a request is made to alter supplied sizing when left in order notes this can delay orders up to 72 hours. Order Cut-Off Times: Regular orders: 11:00 AM CST Expedited and rush orders: 11:20 AM CST Rush Orders: Don't mix rush items with non-rush items, or it will be processed as a standard order (5-8 days).
