All Adult shirts are Comfort Colors brand adult unisex sizes. Youth are Bella Canvas or Comfort Color depending on size.  Sweatshirts are gildan I recommend getting the size you'd normally wear in women's sizes. I'm 5'6" 136 lbs and 36C. I normally wear a medium and I wear a medium in this shirt as well. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: - Machine wash inside out with like colors - Non-Chlorine bleach only - Tumble dry low - Do not dry clean - Iron on low heat inside out
