Use daily and as needed for a grounding, balancing effect. Add 1-2 drops to your favourite moisturiser or night cream and use topically for smooth, glowing skin. Apply to the neck and shoulders just before bedtime to encourage a calming sensation. Directions for Use For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 mL carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 mL carrier oil.
