Scale is more likely to form in heated water if proper water balance is not maintained (i.e., when alkalinity, pH and calcium hardness is too high). Soft Soak & Scale Control prevents stains and scale on spa surfaces and equipment. Please Note: Soft Soak is incompatible with chlorinating and brominating chemical products.
