Milky clear dip that glows bright blue! Aimed to use UNDER your dip: results vary. Works best with clear based dips w/o any white, and not too much glitters. (Feel free to message Michelle to check your choice(s) for compatibility.) Swatch photo with clear and black = one dip per swatch. Swatches of Elida (two dips Underglow, two dips Elida) and Pino Noir (two dips Underglow, 1 dip Pino Noir) have two dips under.😝 Won’t work with black or very dark colors: brightness will vary on opacity of dip. We recommend Glow Metal for a black that glows best. Requires sunlight/ UV light to charge and glow will continue based on length of UV exposure.
