To use, simply pop the four beautifully pink shimmering salt plates in the freezer for a couple of hours until it’s time to turn any starter or dessert into a gastronomic experience. The smooth side is great for a cool and fresh starter such as sashimi, steak tartare, or a salad. The indentation on the other side is perfect for a cold dessert.
