Pillars of the Priesthood

God's great plan of happiness for His children, created in the pre-mortal world of Spirits, is one based on eternal progression—gaining more light. Greater light is acquired as we embrace that which is offered through obedience. Adhering to this light, we are then blessed with the opportunity for more light, until it grows brighter and brighter, culminating eventually in the perfect day. God's light is His wisdom, power, and love. It is offered to us via the eternal nature of covenants, administered via priesthood power, normally in association with ordinances.
