Diesel System Services offers Power Stroke 170cc straight shot performance Injectors that are completely remanufactured at our shop.  All Injectors are sold as a matched, balanced and calibrated set.  Meaning nozzles pop off pressures and spray volumes are set within a couple of cc's of each other, making for a much smoother running engine.  In order to do this you must set the stack clearances and have your own nozzle grinding and machining equipment and the experience that 99% of the remanufactures don't have.  There is more to rebuilding the Power stroke injector than just putting a new nozzle and installing an o-ring kit.  All of our injectors come with new o-rings already installed and copper sealing washers.  We also offer these injectors in various performance levels.  From bigger flowing tips, 235cc hybrids, to customer spec injectors.  There is a $100.00 dollar core charge per injector that will be refunded once we receive
