The book — published through a partnership between Modernism Week and Palm Springs Life — covers 12 groundbreaking architects and their influential works. The 144-page soft cover commemorative book provides a detailed account of the architects who shaped "desert modern" architecture featuring spectacular photography of their most significant and historical projects. In celebration of the tenth year of Modernism Week they collaborated with an esteemed group of 13 authors, 17 photographers, and architecture and design community supporters to examine the work of 12 of the most notable Desert Modern architects from the mid-20th century. “The Desert Modernists – The Architects Who Envisioned Midcentury Modern Palm Springs” highlights the most significant architectural projects of these dozen architects
