These are Manzanilla Olives Stuffed with garlic.  They bring an intense flavor-- soft, creamy and ever so pungent. Two flavors which blend perfectly in one of the most traditional and typical stuffings of Spanish cuisine, for which a very mild select garlic variety is used, but which adds a delicious and crunchy texture. Ideal as an appetizer, for salads or garnish for meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
