INSTRUCTIONS:Set your press machine at 305 - 315 degrees for 10-20  seconds. Be sure to apply firm and even pressure. Wait for transfer to completely cool before peeling off.  We do recommend pressing a second time for 5-10 seconds to enhance durability.
