Flawless Consulting 2: Getting Your Expertise Used builds on the foundational aspects of Contracting covered in Flawless Consulting 1.  Building partnerships with clients is essential for all phases of consulting. Yet, it's not enough to get your expertise used- you must authentically and compassionately get curious about all aspects of the client’s system. During a live simulation, you'll practice and navigate the first three phases of consulting: Contracting, Discovery, and Feedback. By mastering these three phases, you'll impact clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring you get your expertise used and valued every time.In Flawless Consulting 2, you will: Utilize skills learned in Flawless Consulting 1 to prepare and conduct a contracting meeting  Practice data collection around a business issue through discovery interviews Deal with resistance in the contracting, data collection, and feedback phases of consulting Conduct a successful feedback meeting Gain skills in turn
