Coastal Tuscan project of three established and educated Italian wine business folks, one of which is beloved Elisabetta Foradori. The winery is all about local tradition, and farm organically and biodynamically, have several Mediterranean grapes planted together and believe in field blends, which the Unlitro is: a blend of Alicante Nero, Carignano, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese, Alicante Bouschet. This wine is super fresh, juicy and just fun as hell to drink.
