The Kennel Clad™ Insulated door is the toughest, most insulated kennel door on the market. These units are build to withstand abuse while providing the best seal possible. This design is achieved through several unique features on the panel. It starts with a composite core using a polypropylene air-cell center. This is sandwiched between two sheets of 18 gauge aluminum. The perimeter is then framed with a reinforcing c-channel that allows for the hidden wall and floor seals. Stainless steel fasteners are then screwed together to secure all the layers together.
