DBS Cosmic Juice - NEIPA

Just about everything you'll need to brew up a double dry hopped New England IPA.   This NEIPA has plenty of Citra and Sabro hops to bring you all the tropical flavors you expect from a hazy IPA, with a malt bill to support them.  This recipe was created with Omega Yeast Labs Cosmic Punch Ale Yeast in mind. We added 1 oz of Cascade Hops (not included) as a Mash Hop addition and found that the beer displayed some impressive, fruity aromas that seemed much more vibrant compared to the same beer fermented with Omega's British V yeast.
