Small Beginnings  In 2007, Fine & Raw was established in Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York. The founder, Daniel Sklaar, started the company by biking to his friends houses and dropping off his homemade chocolate.  Sustainability  Fine & Raw prides themselves on a transparent supply chain. Their cacao is sourced from ethical suppliers in Belize and Ecuador. All the farmers are paid above fair trade wages.
