This is a reserve version of the regular Bone Snapper Rye which is bottled from 24 - 30 months old. Same mash bill — 95% rye and 5% malted barley. X-Ray Reserve is much richer than the original Bone Snapper with a sweet but complex nose. The concentrated flavors exhibit a lot of caramel and butterscotch on the mid-palate. Extremely long finish.
