This Giving Tuesday Banjo benefits Education Through Music-Los Angeles who utilize music education as a catalyst to improve academic achievement, motivation for school, and self-confidence, and nurtures the skills that can help students thrive in the future. They believe in equity and access for all children to receive dignity and hope through quality music education. In 2006, Education Through Music-Los Angeles was founded with the mission to provide and promote quality music education in under-resourced schools as part of the core curriculum for every child in order to nurture students' academic achievement, and their creative and overall development.
