This one contains a blend of essential oils distilled from the resin of two varieties of the amazing Frankincense (Boswellia) tree.   Ingredients Jojoba Oil*, Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) Resin Oil*, Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) Resin Oil* *Certified Organic Ingredient   Directions Roll over desired areas (temples, wrists, nape of your neck) as needed throughout the day.
