
Scary Berries Scone Mix
Mixed berry flavored with dried Blueberries! This scone mix is for the intermediate baker. Meaning-it has a few more steps than the others and will require some kneading. What ya Need: 6 TBS Chilled Butter, 1 Beaten Egg, ½ C Light Cream What ya do: Cut butter into the dry mixture. Stir in egg and cream until moistened. Turn dough onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth. Pat down to ½ inch thick. Use a 2-½ inch cutter to make 12 servings. Place on baking sheet 1 inch apart. Brush tops with cream, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400° for 12-15 min or until lightly golden. Gluten Free Flour option available. This product was produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection.
