The malbec vines come from a single estate's vineyards in Lujan de Cuyo. The average age of the vines is 20 years old. The average elevation of the vineyards is 3,000 feet above sea level. Standard primary fermentation in stainless steel. Short skin time maceration for rose color. No oak aging Jimena Lopez is the winemaker behind this project. She brings 18+ years of winemaking experience to the table in not only Argentina but 7 other countries as well. She is though Argentine and Mendoza is her home. nextSectionDried peach skin, apricot stone and dried cherry blossom with some rose petals. Medium to full body, fresh acidity and a fruity, slightly-dense finish.
