The Keeper 8 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 1.25 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a durable pistol grip ratchet, a sewn-in soft tie with D-ring, and large vinyl-coated S-hooks with a spring clip.
