This is a smaller version, with a 5-cup capacity, of the enormously popular Brilliance Bundt The pan's gem-like flutes create a dazzling cake with evenly-spaced symmetry to make cutting and serving a breeze Cast aluminum for superb baking results with nonstick for easy release and cleanup. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
