A raspberry lambic beer prepared in the classic Belgian manner by the Lindemans family, with a hint of sweetness. To provide a sour, acidic flavor, lactic beers are matured for years in oak barrels employing airborne wild yeasts. Raspberries are then added to this beer to give it a nice, tangy sweetness that balances the sour foundation and culminates in a refreshingly tart finish.
