Aruncus 'Sparkles', Goat's Beard

A texturally dynamic shrub-like herbaceous perennial. Toothy, ridged, pinnate leaves upon branching stems turn from green to bright orange for some autumn flare. In early summer, coning white plumes of creamy Astilbe-like blooms contrast beautifully against the lush green leaves of the plant.  This selection is more compact with a more upright growth habit than the species.  Sun to part shade Mature size: 18 in t 18 in w Minimum temperature: -25° F
