It was named the “Floating Promise” pendant for the connecting elements which hold a floating pink tourmaline in a gesture of hope. On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, I made the commitment to dedicate proceeds from the sale of this piece to the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund, a fund which continues to honor the promise of supporting secondary education for the children of those severely affected or killed during the 9/11 attacks.
