With bone-in selections, the strip steak is part of the t-bone and porterhouse cuts.  As boneless cuts, the strip steak is a delicious stand alone steak great for grilling over hot coals.  You will receive a beautiful 1" thick cut delivering approximately 12 ounces of the most natural and tastiest Angus possible. - Price listed is per pound and not per unit.  Place in cart total number of cuts desired and we will provide quote back at a per pound pricing based on actual weights.
