FluoroPel 2000V is a one percent fluoropolymer solution in a high boiling point fluorosolvent (BP=200°C).  This version of FluoroPel is used for electrowetting. Dry films have surface energy of about 15 dynes/cm. Heating to 180-200°C for 30 minutes optimizes adhesion and reduces the surface energy to about 10 dynes/cm. 2000V is recommended for spin, spray or blot applications.
