cFluor^® BYG610 Anti-Human CD27 (O323)

The O323 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD27 (TNFRSF7), which consists of a homodimer of two 50-55 kDa type I membrane protein. CD27 is a lymphocyte specific member of the TNF receptor superfamily.1 CD27 is expressed on a subset of thymocytes, mature T cells.2 The expression further upregulated in T cell activation.3 Subpopulations of B cells and NK also express CD27.4,5 In T cell-B cell interaction, CD27 binds to CD70 to provide costimulation to result in T cell activation and B cell differentiation and proliferation.6 The antibody was conjugated to a fluorophore and purified by chromatography.
